(but not so thankful for the trip to the bathroom that followed it. Should have drank more water, dang.)

Bringing joy and lots of cheer,

A month of sacrifices; followed by good tidings,

Celebrations of joy, happiness and blessings,

Beneath the hunger of stomachs growling,

Is where one finds Ramadhan's true meaning

,It goes beyond spiritual enhancing,

It's not just about forgiving and forgetting,

The month serves as a gentle reminder,

To always be thankful to our Creator,

Ultimately; Ramadhan is a call to all,

To change one's self; big or small,

Your body, heart, or mind; it doesn't really matter,

So long as you are changing for the better,

So whatever you do; wherever you may be,
